General Information
Bali Lestari Wedding is the wedding division of Bali
Tours & Travel, one of the eldest wedding specialists,
who organize wedding arrangement for foreigners since
1990, can make all of the important arrangement and
ensure your special days goes without a hitch. The
formalities are kept to a minimum as we are able to
guide you through all the legal requirements as well as
organizing the ceremony and all the little personal
touches that make the day go special. You may get
married in an outdoor stage in the ground of your hotel,
or even on the beach of your choice, in the Balinese
house compound, chapel or in the Palace of the Royal
Family with the Royal wedding arrangement.
Most couple in the world are possible to get married
legally in Bali and recognized by your own country. To
conduct a legal wedding ceremony the couple must posses
a religious ceremony rite initially and it is based on
the religion of the couple which are recognized by
Indonesia Government, such us: Protestant, Catholic,
Buddhism, Hindu and Muslim. The marriage should be
registered with the district Civil Registrar after.
Indonesian authorities require that all foreigners who
plan to get married in Indonesia must obtain a "CNI"
(Certificate of Non Impediment to Marriage) prior to the
wedding. This is simply a letter from your Consulate or
Embassy representative in Indonesia stating that there
is no objection for you to get married in Indonesia.
The original wedding documentations below need to be
brought with you, when you will visit your Respective
Embassy/Consulate to swear an oath that you are free to

Wedding
documentations required:
Pre Departure requirements:
• Copy of the valid passport not less than 6 month
prior to the date of arrival.
• Copy of Birth certificate.
• Baptism letter (if relevant)
• Divorce letter (if relevant )
• Death certificate (if they are widowed)
• 8 peaces shoulder photograph ,size 4x6 cm bride and
groom should be sitting side by side in the same photo,
the groom should be on the left side when we look at it.
(these documentations should be sent 4 weeks prior to
the date of the arrival via e-mail and all the original
should be brought when you come down to Bali)
In the resort requirement :
• "CNI" (Certificate of Non Impediment to Marriage),
should be obtained at
extra cost paid direct by the couple to the embassy/consulate |
