The civil wedding ceremony may be a
choice for a couple who have been married in their country.
We will then require a copy of the marriage certificate issued
by the representatives of their own religious belief, as it
is Indonesian Law to always perform a Religious Ceremony before
the Civil Ceremony.
Documents, which must be complete:
• Copy of passport (both bride and groom )
• Copy of birth certificate (both bride and groom)
• Copy of decree absolute if relevant
• Copy of passports of two witnesses (we can be your
witnesses on free of
charge )
• Copy certificate of marriage from minister of religion
• Widows and Widowers must present a copy of death certificate
of the
former spouse.
• Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form
and civil form
• 8 shoulder photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom
on the right-hand side)
• Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized
by representative
embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that there
is no
objection to the couple getting married in Indonesia. All
the documents
should be forwarded to us before the wedding via post, email
or fax.
